The Arcor Group

Arcor came into existence in 1951 in the city of Arroyito, Córdoba (Argentina). The company was founded on the idea of manufacturing quality confectionery  products at the right price for consumers all over the world. Today, the Arcor Group is a multinational corporation, still headquartered in Argentina, with revenues of over $2.6 Billion in 2008.

Arcor currently has 41 industrial plants throughout Central and South America dedicated to the production of chocolates, candies and various food products such as jams, cookies and crackers to name a few. It also has 10 subsidiaries throughout America with additional subsidiaries in Asia and Europe.

The company sells its products in over 120 countries in 5 continents. With this vast  production capacity and commercial coverage, it is no surprise that the Arcor Group is the world's leading sugar candy manufacturer.

Arcor has had presence in the United States for the past 30 years, opening its Miami subsidiary in 1995.
